What is jelqing?
Here is some useful information on jelqing. The jelq is a very old technique that has been around for centuries. It originated in the Middle East and was reportedly used by Arab men to grow their penises to huge sizes over 15 inches! Whether or not this is true remains unconfirmed.
The jelq technique involves penis "milking", as it uses a motion similar to milking a cow's udder. Using this method draws blood into the spongy tissue that surrounds the penis shaft. This tissue is otherwise know as the corpora cavernosa, which translates to "cave like bodies". This is because they are essentially empty vessels that can be filled up, like when you get an erection.
By exercising these vessels using the jelq method, you are increasing the size of the vessels, allowing more blood to flood into these vessels, ultimately growing the size of your penis when flaccid, but more importantly, when erect.
Does jelqing work?
In short, yes, jelqing does work. That said, there are still a few things that you should be aware of. As with any form of exercise, do not expect to see results over night, you should be prepared to wait at least a month before you notice any gains. Also, commitment is a massive factor, you must ensure that you do enough and keep it up, the best results from jelqing will take many months of commitment to the cause.
What kind of results can you expect from jelqing? Well, this is once again dependant on the factors mentioned above.
